About the reporter:

Zhang Chengzhi, male, born in September 1977, doctoral supervisor, graduated from Information Science of Nanjing University in June 2007, and obtained doctoral degree. The fields of researches mainly include information organization, information retrieval, text excavation and processing of natural language. The projects that he joined in or presided over include sub-theme in the project sponsored by “11th Five-year Plan” National Technology Plan, National Natural Science Fund, National Social Science Fund, cultural and social science project sponsored by Education Department, specially subsided project by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, generally subsided project by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, etc. In recent years, he has been mainly conducting researches on multi-language text excavation, multi-language ontology learning, topic clustering and application, automatic key word extraction, automatic term extraction, cross-language information processing and retrieval. He has published over 60 academic papers on domestic and foreign journals and conferences, and 3 books as well.

Abstract of the report:  

Traditional user questionnaires have such shortcomings as high survey cost and long cycle. At present, there are numerous users’ comments on E-business or socialization websites, which have provided adequate data basis for automatic formation of user questionnaires. For this, the report puts forward the approach of data-driven automatic formation of user questionnaires, describes realization of key technology, introduces the application of automatic questionnaire survey technology in Chinese and American users’ shopping behaviors in researches with Amazon as example. Besides, the report verifies the feasibility of data-driven automatic formation of user questionnaires. With constant development and optimization of automatic questionnaire survey, product excavation, emotion analysis and other key technology, automatic questionnaire survey-based studies on users will be full of application prospects.
